We manufacture the air fin coolers as per api 661. We can manufacture the entire assembly of air fin coolers with various type of headers (welded box headers, split headers, cover plate headers, partition plate headers and pipe type headers, plug type headers) along with the plenum chamber and fan-motor-pulley assembly as per the requisite design under the inspection of any third party agency. We provide total design as well as commissioning support for new air coolers & also can convert old plug type modules.

Specifications:

• Entire assembly of air fin coolers is manufactured using various types of headers like welded box headers, split headers, cover plate headers, partition plate headers and pipe type headers. Apart from this, use of plenum chamber and fan-motor-pulley is also being done.
• Assembly is done as per the requisite design under the inspection of any third party agency.
• Heat recovery steam generation(HRSG) modules consisting of high frequency resistance welded in tubes for power projects is manufactured as per the customer's designs
• Convection modules consisting of studded tubes/continuous welded fin tubes is manufactured as per the customer's designs
